Middle School Bible: Ms. James was born in Cleveland OH. Her parents became missionaries when she was 3, so she lived one year in Costa Rica and then moved to Bolivia at the age of 4 and became a Christian shortly thereafter. She grew up going to a Bolivian School, and when she was 18 moved back to the US to obtain her college degree. She graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Christian Educational Ministries, and after working 2 years at a shelter for battered women, she sensed the call to move back to Bolivia to work at Highlands.
6th and 7th Grade Science and Language Arts: Ms. Feagin is from Cades, South Carolina. She has a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina. She previously served as a Medical Service Corps Officer for the United States Army in Pisa, Italy.
Art K-12: Ms. Ainsworth is from Connecticut in the United States. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She then enrolled in a graduate program at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT where she obtained her art education teaching certification.
