Boys’ Takesi

This was the first trip of the Mountaineering Club. Eleven high school boys traveled 30 kilometers, the first 5 kilometers included a climb to 15,500 feet with the remaining 25 kilometers descending into the South Jungle of Bolivia to 7,000 feet. The trail ended in Yanacachi where we caught a bus back to La Paz.
