The statement below is taken from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.

However, permission is not required to create a link to the Public Schools of North Carolina Web site or any pages contained therein.”

Highlands International School received written permission by the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction on March 31, 2008 to use the NCSCOS for the basis of its educational program.
